My initial focus was on recruiting university talent from schools across the country using innovative, competitive, and ROI-maximizing strategies for our Austin, San Francisco, and New York City offices. In my first year, I increased the intern class size by 20%, yielded 83% conversion of intern-to-full-time offers and increased the number of female engineering interns by 15%.
