Whether starting with a pie-in-the-sky idea or evaluating an existing product, I approach UX research creatively and collaboratively to help uncover user needs, motivations, feelings, and behaviors to move products forward in a user-centric, accessible way. Above all else, I want users to feel heard, for their feedback and input to be taken seriously, and to align product and design teams on who we are building for and why.
