I am a very organized and hands on type of person. I learn best by watching and then doing. I have worked for 15 years at The Center for Autism Education as a classroom supervisor where I am blessed to have worked with some amazing students and able to improve my skills as a leader and project coordinating. I consider myself to be outgoing and very personable. I’m very determined and motivated to do my best always in every aspect of my life.I am an experienced supervisor with demonstrated history of success in managing and training exceptional staff, administering critical treatments for kids with autism and handle data on the students’ progress. I have a strong emphasis in project management, implementing behavior and academic strategies for students, managing weekly meetings and training staff. I come with 15 years of experience in ABA therapy. Reliable, passionate, personable, and driven are a few of my personal traits as a professional.
