-[MHE/PTS] Drive lift equipment to process freight throughout the building and ensure on-time deliveries of product to the stores and customers. -[Gap Fill] Pack trailers as full as possible with product coming through the mech line to fill the gaps between loaded pallets. -[Break Pack] Similar to PTS but with smaller items that get sorted into boxes and sent on their way up the conveyor belt to the gap fillers. Often required to receive product with accurate counts.

I work with a small team of 5-7 people. We ensure all product looks presentable and is stocked. Besides general service to each bay (or section of shelving in an aisle), projects are completed as needed to comply with seasonal, quarterly, and vendor changes. These projects can include building displays, gutting and resetting entire bays, or something simple like changing out old and new product or deep cleaning.

I was assigned primarily the nightly cleanup duties. A typical shift started with preparing fried and baked chicken and any sides for dinner, washing dishes, acknowledging and assisting nearby customers by answering questions, slicing various meats and cheeses, and serving salads and hot food. Multitasking is performed when filtering fryers, cleaning slicers, restocking, and so on, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction as first priority. Other duties include scrubbing floor, ensuring temperature logs and sales planner were filled out accordingly, handling orders for chicken, as well as meat, veggie, and fruit trays, taking phone calls, transferring garbage to outside bins and cardboard to the baler, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness according to Ecolab guidelines.

- Provide support to and uptrain skills of a team of technical support agents who receive calls for AT&T Uverse (IPTV, CVOIP, and HSIA). - Act as escalation point for customers. - Collaborate with team's lead to strategize KPI improvement. - Lead meetings with team to communicate current goals and expectations.
