I am an experienced professional with knowledge of both corporate and small business needs. I have over 15 years of experience in banking, subrogation, debt collection, sales, customer service, technical support, accounts payable and performing tasks as an administrative assistant. I've managed teams in pilot projects with successful results and exceeded goals in all positions held. I have a great knowledge of all computer software used in an office setting. I perform my job with a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, diplomacy and tact. As well as completing extensive training in all areas listed, I also studied graphic design at the University of Louisville. My goal is to continue building my resume and pursue office management. In addition, I am also an experienced seamstress. I have been completing custom work for private clients for over 15 years. I do intend to promote this business via kick-starter soon.
