Participated in several research studies involving gluten-free diet recommendations, artificial airways insertion methods and energy efficiency from solar panel data. Active in community service with local food shelter and healthy eating act for elementary school children. Also a member in the Healthy Eating Action Team that works with the Jackson County Health Department to support local food and community nutrition.

Prepared 2-3 meals for all local elder citizens by bulking recipes and then sealing them in dinner trays to be heated once meals are delivered. Practiced controlling time and temperature danger zone, cross-contamination and recipe modifications.

Prepped ingredients for salads which involved cutting lettuce and vegetables by weight per salad. Worked front line maintaining cashiers, sanitizing dining area and bathrooms, and assisting drive-thru employees.
