As a Coaching Specialist, I serve as an education expert in literacy and/or numeracy who is unrelentingly committed to achieving positive and equitable outcomes for students. I provide on-site technical support and guidance to members, and coaching to participating schools, ensure fidelity to Ampact's program models, and lead data-based decision making to maximize the impact of the program. Working with other team members, I facilitate positive relationships with partnering sites by advocating for the most effective implementation of Reading Corps and/or Math Corps programming to maximize positive and equitable student outcomes.
