- Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, lead the transformation of Allstate’s Human Resources department to deliver on global talent strategy and service delivery model. - HR Business Partner to Allstate Corporation Vice Chair and Growth Businesses including 10 business units; responsible for leading over 60 HR business partners across multiple business areas with up to 10 direct reports. - Includes internal start-ups, acquisitions, and wholly-owned internal businesses.Develop and implement talent strategy with focus on succession, diversity, and recruiting. Results include improving succession pipeline and quality of hire across business units.- Lead development of HR integration playbook for acquisitions and start-up organizations.- Provide senior HR leadership for enterprise business transformation efforts to identify and develop people and capability needs across the enterprise.- Design and implement an enterprise-wide approach for Strategic Workforce Planning; build and deploy a team to identify workforce of the future needs through detailed planning and analysis.- Develop approach to effectively deliver people analytics to leaders as well as define HR infrastructure needed to deliver.- Provide executive leadership for Allstate’s Organizational Effectiveness practice of 18 team members including Change Management, Organization Design and Development.

- Provide executive HR leadership to Allstate Claims organization of 16,000 employees and a key member of Claims Senior Leadership Team. Manage a team of 18 HR Claims Business Partners.- Serve as lead human resources executive for Claims department re-organization including developing and implementing new operating model and organization design. Lead human resources efforts in a large restructuring and reduction in force due to launch of digital claims processes and closure of drive-in claims facilities.- Develop and execute holistic talent strategy including Strategic Workforce Planning, talent acquisition strategy, talent management, compensation strategy, and succession planning.
