I have had the pleasure of being able to work and meet a diversity of people due to my work experiences, as well as the experiences in life. This has helped me professionally since it has given a chance to be able to learn how to adjust myself in order to make a conversation with another person more personable and comfortable. I am able to keep a friendly, upbeat attitude even through the busiest, stressful times that can happen when working. I have learned so much through the years that has helped me not only be a better employee but a better person in general. Having empathy, and understanding for a person situation, and remaining kind and friendly with every person you meet, because you don't know what the person is going through and how much that an interaction with yourself can have on them. How to remain calm, and think everything through before speaking in a stressful situation, and being able to move quickly but remain accurate as well.
