I would create 4 diff. kinds of burritos, 5 different kinds of omelets & sandwiches on biscuits, bagels, toast, french toast & English muffins including cheese, egg, potato, choice of meat or all three "bacon, sausage, chorizo," . Made strawberry, blueberry, banana, raspberry etc. flavored pancakes using real fruit, topped with real fruit Pancakes were also made into designs such as turkeys for thanksgiving, hearts for Valentines day, Christmas trees and pumpkins, mickey & Minnie mouse, etc. Also had to keep the buffet stocked & full but not to have any food waste at the end of the day! Buffet contained hotel pans full of eggs, sausage, bacon, chorizo-egg & potato, hash browns, a creative mix (couldn't keep it stocked it kept going so fast!) and orders to go! I also made lunch which consisted of mostly fried foods. Burgers, fries, cheese sticks, potato wedges, fried mushrooms, fried cauliflower, etc. Special of the day which could be a variety of things such as Fish and chips, rib sandwich, rubins, turkey melts, hot ham & cheese, steak& chicken fajitas, french dip, Shrimp, etc.
