I am so happy that I was brought into the mobile home business and trained by Johnny Mouton back in 2009. While with him, I learned how to do Corporate Quickbooks, payroll, accounts payable & receivable, warranty work with the factories, title work, inventory, bank contracts, figure out DTI. I learned how to qualify a customer to see what their budget would be, monthly payments, and if they would be able to get approved for a loan. He taught me, “People buy from people they like.” The sales just came easy. I listen to what their needs are, just make polite conversation, ask them about their family, and what they like to do for fun. All sales really is about is getting to know someone and making a friend. Always be honest, and tell the truth. I love doing what I do so much, I’ve been doing it since then. My mind is filled with lots of smiles and putting people in their dream home. ~Making peoples dreams happen, one home at a time. ~
