Worked with Ms. Council on press for the opening of her Sweet Tea and Cornbread gourmet shops in Raleigh and her restaurant at the N.C. Museum of History in Raleigh. Managed media relations, including press releases and press conferences for the late Nancy Olson, owner of Quail Ridge Books & Music during the sale of her iconic bookshop and introduction of the new owner.
