Marketing Research & Insights Manager
CurrentLead Highspot Insights, a cross-functional effort to provide data-driven insights and best practices to help our prospects and customers see the value of enablement and increase Highspot adoption. Conduct market and customer research to support sales and marketing programs that drive pipeline and customer retention/expansion. Create research-based content, amplifying across various channels, and equip revenue teams with the insights needed to support conversations with buyers. Manage Win/Loss and Customer Experience surveys to collect buyer feedback and share trends with the Go-to-Market organization on why we win or lose deals, how we can improve our customer experience to limit churn, how we can better enable sellers to beat the competition, and what we should prioritize in the product roadmap to address customer concerns.
