I am a self-starter and ambitious. I am hoping to join a software team where I can contribute my talents, skills, and exemplary work ethic to grow professionally and be a valued asset to my team. For the past two and half years I have been working on the front-end UI for Microsoft's Jupyter Notebooks experience. My primary programming language is TypeScript/JavaScript. I am experienced with React, Redux, RXJS, and automated integration testing using playwright and enzyme.

Software Engineer IiMicrosoft Feb 2023 - PresentRedmond, Washington, UsI am a part of the Power BI team working on data visualizations. -
Software EngineerMicrosoft May 2019 - Feb 2023Redmond, Washington, UsCurrently I am a software engineer on the Jupyter Notebooks Experience team in the Data & AI division of Microsoft. I have contributed theming, accessibility improvements, and UI for our jupyter notebooks experience that is embedded into popular Microsoft products like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Security, Azure Devops, Github, Minecraft, Microsoft Teams, and more! Our component uses React, Redux and RxJs technologies on the front end and Azure Kubernetes on the backed. My biggest feature contributions have been the table of contents and Markdown folding for our notebook experience and automating our weekly bug bashes. The table of contents is an outline of a users notebook so that they can easily navigate to sections of their notebooks by clicking links to markdown headers that are represented in the table of contents. Markdown folding builds on this by allowing users to collapse sections under Markdown headers. I automated our weekly bug bashes using enzyme and playwright testing frameworks to create a suite of integration tests to test our code bases reliability against webkit, chromium and firefox. browsers. My programming language for my work is primarily typescript and occasionally c#. -
