Being a technologically astute and medically apt professional, I have cumulative years of experience in the field of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Technology combined with supervisory management.As Assistant Director of Radiology and the Chief of Nuclear Medicine, my goal is to improve the performance of radiology departments by tactical planning and hands-on quality control while ensuring all rules and regulations are strictly implemented. I believe medical imaging is a cornerstone of modern medical practice. I have led the department operations in quality control analysis, health services, monitoring and complex problem solving. I have developed and organized current policy and procedure manuals for three nuclear medicine departments contributing ease to daily production and progress control. I am highly adept at proper implementations of medical procedures under standard professional instructions with in-depth expertise in professional corrections, notifications, and instructions to ensure quality services. My experience in diagnostic services highlights my expertise in nurturing personnel capabilities and developing team building throughout the medical group.
