Skilled professional with a Master’s in Management-Human Resources, Bachelor's in Educational Studies, and a Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking degree. As a Chef, I enjoy the creation of new thoughtful concepts of sweets and culinary delights. As a manager, I apply current strategies to not only manage budgets, but to answer three key questions in business: ‘what to change?’ , ‘what to change to?’ ,and ‘how to cause the change?’ I am a mentor who transfers as much knowledge to my employees and students for the empowerment of success. My teaching philosophy is: I believe that through education, all individuals have an opportunity to gain the vital skills and the knowledge to lead a successful and prosperous life. I believe every individual is unique and each classroom of students represents a unique community of learners. It is my goal as an educator to challenge my students, give them the tools to cultivate their own successes, and watch them grow to their fullest potential.
