Embracing challenges as opportunities and overcoming fear, I advanced from Scientist to Science Educator. After several years of excelling as a teacher, I added to my responsibilities to become the Department Chair, which allowed me to support my colleagues' professional growth, encouraging them to try new things!Most recently, I took a leap to become the Education Program Manager at 4ocean, where I created an education program from the ground up.
