CurrentThe role involves managing general and fleet contracts, also terminating rental agreements. It includes ensuring quality assurance and compliance of applications before submission. Frequent customer contact to follow up on rental agreement applications.Assist with service requests and allocate jobs to correct area of expertise. While also addressing customer queries, complaints and collaborates with clients and colleagues.This position coordinates transport logistics and processes orders, manages work orders to meet customer expectations and handles calls and processes invoices, billing, and purchase orders.
