About BridgitBridgit has been both a senior executive in health care and a coach for over twenty years. The philosophy that guides her in both arenas is that great achievement lies in the relationships we build with each other.She brings to her clients an extensive, in-depth understanding of, and experience in hospital operations, systems, and processes. Bridgit began her professional career as a registered nurse. She has held multiple positions in health care including Vice President, Professional and Support Services, Director, Organization Development, and as an educator.Clients have included executives, students, teams, managers and individuals. Over the years clients have described Bridgit’s coaching style as: engaging, calm, authentic, energizing and extremely effective.Bridgit received her master’s degree in Organization Development and Human Resources from the University of San Francisco. She is a graduate of Fielding Graduate University’s twelve month Evidence Based Coaching Program. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. In addition, Bridgit has completed course work in leadership effectiveness and leadership strategies, career development, human resources, change and transition processes, organization effectiveness, performance improvement, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, and additional programs in coaching.
