As a leader of Didier Architecture for over eight years, my approach blends strategic vision, organizational and financial management, and business development. As a PhD candidate in Forensic Psychology, my research on violence in educational environments informs our efforts to create spaces that not only function aesthetically but also promote well-being. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential, driven by a strong desire to drive positive social change.My academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Criminology. I am pursuing a doctoral degree in Forensic Psychology, focusing on investigating targeted acts of violence in K-12 schools. My specialized education and training encompass criminological and forensic psychology research, risk and threat assessment, and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design. Additionally, I am a Certified CPTED Practitioner (CPP) through Florida Atlantic University's School of Architecture and have obtained certification in higher learning education from the Harvard Bok Center for Teaching and Learning.
