Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Ericsson GSM, Siemens GSM, Ericsson RNC, Nortel DMS200, Nortel ATCA, Tellabs MSN, Tellabs 5500, Fujitsu 4500, Cisco Router, Juniper Router and fiber optic facilities for Mobility Switch Platforms. Responsible for approximately 24x7 oncall every three weeks, maintaining department records, managing special projects, supervising vender installations and developing switch maintenance practices for new equipment. Wrote TN/KY procedural document to perform back ups for the Fujitsu Flashwave 4500 Multiservice Provisioning Platform.

Responsible for approximately 43 co-located sites in a multi-frequency antenna sharing environment, maintaining department CTS records, managing special projects and developing field maintenance practices as part of the TN/KY review team. Developed initial Spot Testing MOP for TN/KY and assisted Purcell in testing new outdoor cabinets due to design faults.
