- Applies critical thinking and active listening skills to effectively diagnose clients' needs and to determine key details to document in Salesforce CRM.
- Communicates policies and processes and provides information in response to partner inquiries.
- Utilizes multiple systems to research, troubleshoot and provide issue resolution while collaborating with multiple departments such as Marketing,Customer Service, and other operational support teams.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
