I love what I do for a living. If only I could accurately define what that is. Some of my job titles include key words like public relations, communications, change management or engagement but, on close inspection, those are just functional aspects of my work. What I am, or what I offer, is something more akin to a builder - framing, solving or fixing problems by mobilizing the right people with the right message. Like a corporate Jill-of-all-trades, I've gathered expertise in communication, psychology, facilitation, data and even project management to round out my corporate toolbox. The results from all this tinkering include improved trust, reputation and engagement; increased retention, productivity and effectiveness; and decreased enterprise risk.
