I was recruited as employee five and held multiple roles of increasing scope and responsibility, including helping build the company from the ground up, supporting it through organic growth and acquisitions, and scaling it from five employees to 6,000+ as it grew from a startup company to a publicly traded organization. In this role, I spearhead the daily.

• I was promoted to this leadership role to build and enhance financial planning and analysis infrastructure and related activities. In this role, I set, implemented, communicated, evaluated, and continually improved.
• Built and integrated a new reporting platform to better support external, management, and FP&A reporting functions.
• Enhanced the company’s budgeting and forecasting capabilities by designing and implementing new tools, forecasting processes, and financial statements and KPI metrics.
• Successfully implemented rolling monthly forecasting solutions, thereby transforming existing inefficient processes.
• Provided executive-level coaching to aid leadership in making strategic finance and operational decisions.
• Recognized for enhancing quarterly and monthly reporting via the aforementioned self-designed system.

• I was initially recruited by the company’s CEO to help the newly-formed organization develop, implement, and enhance growth strategy. During my tenure, I personally built financial management, analysis, and reporting.
• Played an instrumental role in taking the company public in March 2015.
• Served as the face of the organization in interactions with private equity investors and other stakeholders.
• Led all aspects of multiple IPO readiness projects that resulted in the design and implementation of process consistencies, thereby supporting the company and its operating companies in preparing for public company.
• Managed a collaborative team in designing and implementing Hyperion Financial Management.

In this role, I oversaw a $7.3B+ consolidated budget and all related forecasting, directed month-end accounting consolidations, facilitated monthly earning reporting and analysis, and provided oversight to all finance-focused functions as the company grew. I also created and managed approval processes to support a $450M+ annual capital budget.

I was promoted to this senior role and served as a liaison between the company’s Ireland-based parent company and all operating companies. I managed month-end finance team duties, aided in preparing a consolidated budget, updated key collateral, advanced internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing, led team training, and other key work.

I initially joined the company in a financial analysis-focused role with a main emphasis on preparing and distributing weekly volume reports and monthly safety reports. I also processed capital expenditures, prepared and reported on monthly financial summaries, prepared backup reports, and supported other key monthly account management functions.
