I worked as a member of the Career Management Center team to ensure all guests are provided with world class service by helping promote career opportunities for both students and alumni of the College of Business. I organized, managed and hosted 10-20 information tables for employers that recruit within the College of Business along with assisting with logistical details for 15-20 events throughout each semester. I supported both marketing and creative services with pre-stock show marketing materials and social media updates along with assisting with marketing promotions between Stock Show and Denver Nuggets (NBA) and Denver Broncos (NFL) events. I assembled day to day social media updates as well as successfully doubled Snapchat followers, increased Facebook followers by 6,000 and Instagram by 2,000 followers. I coordinated and wrote content for National Western Stock Show email newsletter to 90,000 subscribers and assembled content for the National Western Stock Show blog. I formulated multiple media interviews with both local and regional news outlets and early morning live broadcasts. Additionally, I spearheaded the National Western Stock Show “Guest of the Day” initiative with different department heads. I contributed to the success of the 2018 National Western Stock Show which at the time posted their second highest attendance in 111 years with over 705,000 people in 16 days. I prepared biweekly meetings with guest speakers from Otterbox, Allyson Conklin Public Relations, CSU Public Relations, The Colorado Rockies, New Belgium Brewery and other Public Relations Companies located around the Fort Collins area. I oversaw all officer positions, members, and meet with the chapter adviser weekly about upcoming events.

Colorado State University

I assisted the president with coordinating chapter operations and activities along with scheduling rooms in the student center for the semester. I counseled the president by recommending goals, objectives, plans and programs for approximately 10 events per semester. I helped disseminate information about the PRSSA New Professionals Section and PRSA Associate Membership for graduating PRSSA members. I assisted with organizing our annual fundraiser, Sunset for Students, raising over $10,000 from 100 participants.

United States

I developed resources to support the community interested in joining the 4-H program through building a welcome packet distributed to over 100 families per year. I collaborated with other counties to improve club management and organization along with facilitating positive interactions through resources that are now available to the community both digitally and in person.
