Ultimately, I see the Operations team as leading the charge for excellent internal customer service. We make sure Wire Stone runs profitably as a business so we can continue to make it a great place to work for the smart, kind humans who work here. Specific efforts near and dear to my heart include continually evolving professional development and performance reviews, commitment to transparency in internal communications, data visualization for executive reporting and real-time management, and continual consideration of and focus on employee wellness.
