Having had the amazing opportunity to work at Naked Wines in its early days through to its current day has been a continuous wild ride, to say the least. There are 3 main pillars that have remained true throughout my time at Naked and to this day I will forever hold onto... Vision, culture, and people... although it sounds clichè, without those, a good idea will only ever be just a good idea - you of course need a plan, but that's part of the vision!
