As a strategy intern, I helped the strategy team by conducting intensive research on organizations and their competitors. I gained hands on experience conducting asset audits, competitive audits, and forming key insights from interviews. I also worked on a variety of branding projects, including brand architecture and naming.

I was part of Alina Wheeler's book team and helped research, design, and update the third edition of Designing Brand Identity, a resource used by the whole branding team. I worked closely with Alina to meet the 4th edition schedule, helping to manage hundreds of subjects and files, and preparing the book for production.

worked with the creative team to meet monthly issues of the magazine. Responsible for sourcing stock photography, photographers and illustrators whose style best aligned with the team's vision. Concepted photo-shoots and scouted locations. Helped the design department in conceptualizing content and layout design for feature spreads. Sourced and requested art needed for the magazine, archived art, organized department meetings, handled phone calls and e-mails.

Listened to customers, face to face, through data collection, and other research to gain a better understanding of Avis Budget Group's opportunities for improvement. After unearthing these opportunities we came up with solutions and implemented them across the company. I also initiated and owned my own project to communicate the CLE team's principles, aspirations, initiatives, and implementations to every level of the company. Using brand standards to create internal communications materials that were used through-out the entire company to drive and communicate the initiatives of the CLE department.
