As a front desk associate, I am the first-person customers see, my role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and maintaining customer satisfaction. I work to provide exceptional customer service, complete administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area.Tasks Include-Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, appointments, services, or general information about the organization.-Managing reservations, appointments, and bookings using computer systems.-Addressing guest concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner.-Monitoring the entrance area to ensure the security and safety of guests, staff, and the premises.-Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls while assisting guests at the front desk or managing reservations while attending to administrative duties.-Having a good understanding of the products, services, and amenities offered by the organization in order to effectively assist guests and promote upselling opportunities.-Collaborating with other staff members, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure efficient operations and provide excellent service to guests.

I work as an intern for PMC. Assisting customers in receiving the products they need, as well as, working with coworkers to assist them in their daily tasks and projects.Tasks Include: -Working with customers to help them receive the information and products they are in need of.-Working with my supervisors to complete tasks assigned to me in a timely manner. -Presenting myself to customers and supervisors in a professional manner.-Completing marketing-based tasks.-Expanding my knowledge of marketing tools.-Apply marketing strategies I have learned in my classes.-Develop skills in different business formats used, which include Excel, Eventbrite, and Trifoia.-Enhance skills relevant to the business industry, through hands on experience.

At The Vault, I assist customers in finding and purchasing items. My role involves a combination of customer service, sales, and general retail duties.Tasks Include -I assist customers in finding the perfect gift items. I greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide information about products, including pricing, features, and availability.-I process transactions at the cash register, including scanning items, totaling purchases, processing payments (cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment), and providing receipts to customers.-I assist with arranging and restocking merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure that products are presented attractively and are easily accessible to customers. I also participate in creating seasonal or thematic displays to promote specific products or events.-I am responsible for balancing cash registers at the end of my shift, counting cash, and preparing deposits. I also generate sales reports or assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
