• Working with the Design Assistant each season to input all fabrics, trims, garments and accessories onto the online system, plus all wholesale customers orders.• Ordering of all fabrics and trims for bulk producing, which involved collating the amounts needed, contacting suppliers, organising payments and deliveries, plus tracking the progress of the order and shipment. • Generating all information for bulk production, which includes timelines, item prices, specification documents, as well as organising the delivery of all fabrics, trims, sample garments and graded patterns to the manufacturers both local and off shore.• Daily liaising with manufactures, which includes checking the progress of each item, clarifying item specifications, plus providing solutions to any issues that may have arisen.• Organising and implementing quality control for all items delivered from the manufacturer, which involved frequent factory visits and the checking of all goods before being packed for shipping. • Arranging the shipping of all customer orders, which included picking and packing the order, communicating with the customer, contacting courier companies and providing the correct documents for each shipment.
