Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing computers, servers, and network equipment as needed. Also made recommendations based on customers needs.Secondary responsibilities include performing monthly server maintenance. This includes keeping software/firmware updates for network equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless access points, email spam filter, corporate client/server antivirus software, windows updates, Exchange roll ups, bios/raid controller bios, and VMware patches). Also made sure client subscriptions were always current (antivirus, firewall, domain registration, email filter license). Also performed server migration multiple occasions. These projects include prepping new servers (installing/configuring VMware and loading guest OS), joining computers to new domain, setting up and configuring Exchange, migrating email, configuring group policy, migrating user data, and configuring client software.

Primary responsibilities included evaluating end user's computers and recommending products and services based on the evaluation. Also performed hardware/software upgrades as well as performed backups for computers.Secondary duties included running through initial setup, installing Microsoft updates, and installing software as needed for new computers.
