I joined the team at EFG in 2010, where I established relationships with U.S.-based credit unions. In 2011, I established EFG’s presence in Puerto Rico. EFG is presently the third party administrator for more than 100 credit unions and automotive dealership accounts in Puerto Rico, which have generated more than 125,000 individual consumer protection products. My primary area of focus is auto finance, enabling banking, finance companies and credit unions to better serve consumers through unique value-driven market strategies and ancillary product offerings.

As the vice president of the Specialty Channel at EFG, my role has been primarily focused on Credit Unions, specifically with SWBC based in San Antonio and Cooperativa de Seguros Multiples located in Puerto Rico. I work with both entities to present an array of compelling consumer protection offers to their members. The Credit Union space is very competitive with limited loan growth, making my accomplishments in double-digit loan growth marked achievements.

I worked at Saturn Corporation as the Zone Manager in the Southeast region of the country, where I served as the primary retailer contact for 30 Saturn facilities in eight states. In this role, I worked very closely with lenders in the area of promotions. I also managed numerous sales events that involved collaboration between the factory, lender and dealership.

I served as the assistant director of the UAW-GM quality network process at General Motors, where I implemented a total quality management system in numerous GM assembly plants. At GM, my zone had the most Summit Award-winning retailers and I received the GM Achievement Award in 2006.
