Erik's Ranch and Retreats is an independent living facility and boutique hotel. Residents at Erik's are young adults living with autism who are employed by the hotel. Erik's offers residents space to learn independent living skills, employment, and recreational opportunities.My titles at Erik's included: life plan coach, recreational manager, and concierge. I worked one on one with adults learning independent living skills. Organized, budgeted, and facilitated daily recreational opportunities. And was part of the concierge team working with guest relations.
