• Teach and mentor kids in early music education through innovative techniques designed to fit a variety of developmental stages • Construct and design music curriculums with a focus on the individual school and student’s needs • Lead after-school group piano classes to beginner students

• Manage company accounting, expenses and work-related reimbursements, through online company server, Kuali Database• Research and organize travel arrangements for annual conferences, events, and seminars• Reconcile travel credit cards and company expenses through organized filing, excel spreadsheets, and online credit accounts• Support 8+ staff on a variety of departmental administrative duties• Assist and prepare for engineering conferences, seminars, and interdepartmental events

• Assist Creative Department in online research, department meetings, company errands, and office administration• Manage incoming emails with attention to detail, and input relevant files into company database• Assist Licensing Department with licensing cue sheets and other administrative duties• Manage and distribute company mail, filing and copying • Organize, file, and download new music through iTunes and input on company database• Greet clients and guests

• Research and collect data information on Mediabase and Nielsen Soundscan • Research songwriting credits on music websites: Billboard, ASCAP & BMI• Research and collect biography, news/updates, photo information on clients’ websites, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter• Create Excel spreadsheets of clients/potential clients’ information• Listen to Rondor’s music catalogue, create descriptive tags (words) and input data into Universal Publishing’s AMS (Asset Management System) website• Listen to song submissions and create Word documents with full descriptions
