I love change management, turnarounds, and creative problem-solving, especially when conventional thinking has failed. So much so that my travels have taken me halfway around the world to collaborate with colleagues and clients. As the Head of Practice Management at State Street Global Advisors, I focus on three things: 1. Spearheading wealth management and investor research initiatives, transforming findings into thought leadership with actionable insights for enhanced outcomes2. Guiding a brilliant team obsessed with formulating plans and resources to overcome advisory business development challenges; assisting clients in realizing their practice vision and elevating their end-to-end client experience3. Traveling here, there, and everywhere to engage with colleagues, wealth managers, and financial advisors – and their clients, to set strategic plans, optimize processes, shift perspectives, and create sales enablement strategies, all aimed at improving business valueI firmly believe that change is inseparable from challenge, a principle evident in both my work and personal career journey. I made a significant pivot from the dynamic world of advertising, where I managed blue-chip accounts, to financial services. Initially involved in market positioning and business intelligence, I eventually landed in sales distribution, now dedicated to elevating partner value and accelerating sales development. In addition to my applied research and strategic consulting work, I contribute as the Americas ETF ESG Sales Champion at the firm, engaging with financial intermediary clients to support their ESG sustainability goals. I also serve as an Advisory Board Member for an independent Think Tank, and play an active role as a member and leader with Women in ETFs.
