When you want to achieve a goal, write it down. You're more likely to achieve that goal once it's written... about 7 years ago my husband and I set out to own our own carpet cleaning business. My husband had been in the industry about ten years at that point and felt it was what he wanted to do. He wanted to be able to provide customers with the best cleaning possible at the most affordable price. Because of this, we structured our business differently. Instead of advertising the cheapest price out there, we simply offer a fair price across the board that in turn makes all of our cleaning services affordable to everyone. We don't believe in hardcore sales or bumping up the price once we're in the door. All we want to do is provide quality cleaning services at the most affordable prices to our customers big and small.
