• Worked on reforming SPED and 504 evaluations and services in the Public School Sector, and on advocating for Universal Design principles to be adapted and adopted into HR.• Used Agile and Minimum Viable Product best practices, I am launching an attempt to raise awareness of previously "invisible disabilities," and then building on that awareness to drive political change. To date I have connected with two US Senators, and two US Congress Women, as well as several advocacy agencies in an attempt to build a coalition and constituency.• Consulted with Regional Habitat Connectivity Working Group’s (RHCWG) Strategic Action Plan (SAP) to increase Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

• Host weekly quiz events attended by up to 15 teams and 60 people, while providing atmosphere, technical troubleshooting, and venue coordination with a focus on building a unique experience.• Managed corrective conversations with teams that were not participating with good sportsmanship. • Proactively worked to relocate weekly event after my monthly bar underwent management transition.• Substituted for vacationing hosts presenting in multiple formats and adapting to host bars themes.

Team Metrics: Teams that I led outperformed other teams led by Deputy Directors by up to 82%.Individual Metrics: 101.2% of Goal with Validity Rate 12% above target while acting as Driver & Team Lead.Performed in the top 5%; knocking and average of 170+ doors per day.• Worked with 6 Deputy Directors to manage over 50 Signature Gatherers and Team Leads.• Campaign collected over 26,000 signatures in Feb 2024 alone, and was so successful that it led to extremely rare legislative action during the middle of a short session in the Oregon Legislature.• Contributed to campaign termination, by providing rapid response and laying out strategic processes as needs arose. This included contact tracking systems and exit interview forms.• During offboarding, provided social safety net guidance to 20% of the exiting employees and provided assistance putting together a list of potential job openings of interest to the team.

• Interview random sample of the US Population by conducting the Current Population Survey door to door and by phone monthly.• Met or exceeded all standards including one completed interview per 1.17 hours, and stayed within all expense and quality control measures.

• Highlighted opportunity to further improve Diversity, Equity, and Belonging.• Scheduled and supervised over 54 volunteers for the annual multi-day conference, and helped with event production during the week of the show.

• Consulted on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion best practices in Innovation, and Environmental Justice.• Developed processes and systems for future projects in the Smart and Sustainable Cities department.• Iterated on a current form to create an Environmental Justice and Social Responsibility Tracker designed to generate actionable data on inclusion and consultation of historically marginalized and disenfranchised communities planning and development projects.• Worked on a team capstone proposal, where I found local minority lead organizations that we could partner with to accomplish our recommendations, and empower to further their goals while we follow their lead. • Recommended a three-pronged "Zero Displacement" policy to accompany infrastructure investment, in order to ensure that community improvements like parks and public water-front areas don't displace the area's most at-risk and vulnerable residents due to rising property values, as has historically happened.• Drafted a proposal for a city-wide Innovation challenge for low-income residents that would act like a combination Incubator and Accelerator, and best practices to fuel ideas from minorities and historically marginalized residents with the goal of building ownership and wealth among the cities most disenfranchised, while also growing innovation culture within the city.

• Worked with a team on a National Security Agency contract to bolster cybersecurity and develop a technology roadmap for smart grid critical infrastructure and training in the NW Region (OR, WA, CO, ID and HI).• Gathered stakeholder requirements and limitations and worked on a top-down / bottom-up approach to lay the path forward protecting the Internet of Things and Municipal networks.• Served as Teacher Assistant and Subject Matter Effort for prototype class on Cyber Security.

• Worked on regional environmental impact projects including data gathering, reviewing prototypes, and drafting reports. • Used ArcGIS Pro (Graphic Information System) to group target clusters for task distribution.

• Worked as a Seasonal Team Lead, bringing Service Leadership and Agile best practices to a Retail Tax environment.• Focus on better customer service lead to a 9.4% increase in inbound call quality, and raising our Google Maps rating from 2.9 stars to 3.9 stars.
