Supervisor reporting to the Store Manager. Central point of contact for store associates and also provides direct support to the store leadership team. Responsible for generating associate schedules and for assisting with hourly staffing, orientation and learning execution processes. Assists with timely completion of hourly performance reviews and supports the Store Manager in hourly succession planning. Coordinates service and recognition awards. Help support a productive work environment by ensuring the maintenance of the break room, training room and communication boards. Provide guidance and oversee committee and workshop implementation and execution. Uphold record keeping policy for HR records and properly send documents to the HR Support Center.
