My mission is to further integrate creative arts interventions into community environments, academic settings, and therapeutic contexts. I aim to weave movement and dance into holistic engagement, educational, and therapeutic approaches.Through my experience in early education and community programming, I have observed the positive impact of implementing creative arts in non-traditional settings—an impact I am committed to advancing. I am intrigued by the power that art, music, and movement hold across diverse populations and settings.As a student therapist, I explore human psychological processes, emotional responses, developmental stages, interpersonal dynamics, and coping mechanisms, and how these factors influence mental health and personal growth. My studies also focus on implementing creative arts modalities, particularly movement-based approaches, into therapeutic interventions. I believe that using creative arts in therapy can enhance an individual’s mind-body connection, foster personal growth, and increase emotional awareness.I am eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals, organizations, and communities and am always seeking opportunities to apply my skills and enthusiasm in research and initiatives that promote emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development through movement.
