I am a Senior Director in the CFO Services group within Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice. In CFO Services, we focus on driving change through the office of the CFO for private equity backed companies through four key areas: i) liquidity and working capital optimization, ii) critical accounting solutions and iii) interim FP&A support. In my time at A&M, I have primarily worked on or led engagements related to liquidity and working capital management, strategic planning / analysis, and also served in a variety of other FP&A roles to help drive value for my clients. Prior experience includes management consulting and leveraged finance.
