- While acting as the NCAA, Pac-12 Conference, and University of Utah representative I plan, organize, and coordinated game operations associated with Football, Men’s Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Softball, M/W Swim & Dive, and Women’s Volleyball.- Create event plans with athletic communications, Crimson Club Athletics Fund, equipment managers, home team, marketing, ticketing, trainers, visiting team, and other departments.- Using knowledge of NCAA, Pac-12 Conference, and University of Utah manuals/handbooks I create event staffing plans focused on customer service, fiscal responsibility, and life safety.- Coordinate with City Fire & EMS, City Police, University Community Relations, University Enterprise Risk Management, University Parking & Transportation, and University Police to develop plans for events.- Develop and implement emergency evacuation plans to make immediate decisions and determine when ejections need to take place, an event needs to be stopped, and the venue needs to be evacuated. Then coordinate those communications with event staff, public safety officials, and spectators.- Direct event response to weather delays and other incidents that disrupt competition including interpreting weather information/incidents, stoppage of competition, and negotiate the restarting of play as laid out by the NCAA, Pac-12 and Utah Athletic safety guidelines.- Track, summarize and defend event expenses in preparation of financial settlements.- Hold event management roles in many outside events like NCAA March Madness, NCAA postseason tournaments, NBA practices, NBA Summer League, and the Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

- The American Cancer Society leads the fight for a world without cancer. Hope Lodge SLC is a free 40 room 24-hour hospitality house for cancer patients undergoing active outpatient cancer treatment.- In March 2020 Hope Lodge SLC was forced to close due COVID-19. However, in September 2021 in collaboration with the Senior Manager, I led the reopening of Hope Lodge after an 18-month closure.- Partnered with ACS staff, I re-established our recruiting and training plans to increase donations as well as retain staff and volunteer support of Hope Lodge SLC.- Implemented new communication tactics like newsletters, open houses, weekly email updates, and weekly strategy meetings with board members, clinics, health systems, hospitals, and staff. This led to an increase of patient referrals month over month for the entire 1st year after reopening the Hope Lodge.- Managed a 24-hour staff while ensuring timely and accurate reporting of crucial data into applicable systems like ADP, Concur, HMS, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.- Served as a spokesperson for the Hope Lodge to actively promote community relations and awareness of Hope Lodge activities including tours for civic, community and health care groups.

- Planned, organized, and coordinated game operations associated with Baseball, Men’s Basketball, Football, and Men’s Lacrosse. Assisted in bringing division-1 lacrosse to the University of Utah.

- Assisted in game operations for Baseball, M/W Basketball, Football, Gymnastics, Women’s Soccer, Softball, M/W Swim & Dive, and Women’s Volleyball.

- The Utah State Treasurer’s office performs an array of functions that are critical to the banking, investments and financing operations of state agencies, municipalities and communities throughout the state of Utah.- Tracked legislation that affected Utah State Treasurer David Damschen and his office, set up meetings with legislators, and assisted with the 1st Annual Women’s Financial Empowerment Conference.

- AMAR U.S. is an International Charitable Foundation that has been rebuilding lives among vulnerable populations in the Middle East by creating and sustaining services in medicine, public health, education, and human rights.- Assisted the AMAR Utah Board in planning the 2018 AMAR Utah Gala that raised $250,000+.

- Supported players and coaches during workouts, shoot around’s, practices and games to ensure day to day needs of a collegiate basketball program were met by collecting statistics and doing film work.

- Assisted in a variety of operations roles with football, softball, and women’s soccer.- Began as a ball boy for UNLV's Men’s Basketball team in 2006 and transitioned to same role at Utah in 2008.
