Responsible for managing capital projects in all stages of planning and construction, and development of long-range capital programs. Duties include planning, budgeting, design, construction, and close-out of projects of various scales and levels of complexity. Work closely with Museum Architect, Executive leadership, Operations staff, outside contractors and maintain relationships with New York City and other government agencies for capital funding purposes.
