Provide customer support and product support solutions to current customers and develop business with new accounts. Experience with customers in the construction, forestry, and mining industries. Consult customers regarding John Deere and Hitachi products but provide solutions to customers with all makes of equipment. Manage accounts and develop strategic solutions for customers of all sizes, including large corporate customers.

Participation in corporate management training program. Work in all departments of the Portland machinery branch and receive hands on training. Shadowed parts department, service department, rental department, sales department, and accounts payable.

Performed roles in both logistics and supply management. Also accountable for entire unit inventory of weapons and ammunition. Directly supervised six (6) soldiers at a time while perform unit specified tasks. Attended Office Canidate School before being honorably discharged.

Control and maintain the product lines on the shelves and set up displays.
