With over 13 years of experience as an administrator at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA), I manage the procurement and payments processes, oversee the transport and logistics operations, and maintain the inventory and stores management systems. I have a diploma in customs legislation and procedures, which enables me to comply with the relevant laws and regulations in the import and export sector, an honours degree in logistics and transport management and a master of commerce in supply chain management.My mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services to support the revenue collection and administration functions of ZIMRA. I have contributed to several significant projects, such as the optimization of the ZIMRA fleet management, which resulted in reduced costs and improved performance. I have also developed strong supplier relationship management skills and distinct knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP Materials Management, which help me to streamline the workflows and enhance the quality of the service delivery.
