As a Human Resource Business Analyst i support HR initiatives and strategies within an organization. My role involves analyzing HR processes, systems, and data to provide insights and recommendations that align with organizational goals and objectives. My key responsibilities includes:Data Analysis: Analyzing HR data such as employee performance metrics, turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Business Process Analysis: Evaluating HR processes and procedures to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall effectiveness.Reporting and Dashboard Development: Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and insights to stakeholders, management, and decision-makers.HR Systems Evaluation and Implementation: Assessing existing HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) or recommending new systems to support HR functions.Forecasting and Planning: Using data analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast HR trends, workforce needs, and resource requirements. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements. During my internship/Practicum training at Jephthah Comprehensive Secondary School, I utilized the knowledge i accumulated as a student of Educational Psychology to Proffer Counselling needs to students who has issues in their educational, personal-social, vocational life.
