- Plan and implement BU’s human resources strategy, planning- Establish and improve BU’s human resource management system, research, design human resource management model (including talent acquisition, people development, performance management, C&B etc.) , develop and improve human resources policies- Provide consult and solution, control people cost- Provide on-site HR service & support for people things etc.- Build up corporate culture in BU

- Provide expert advice & guidance and coaching to Enterprises HR in all aspects of HR, including establishes and improves HR platform & system, role & value, Culture change, Employee engagement, Talent management etc.- Identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with Enterprises HR in order to formulate and implement solutions, including improves organizational capability, promotes best HR practices etc.

- Provide the line managers and employees working in Buying, Property & Legal, Space Management Departments with a day-to day HR service which is department focused and in line with the needs of the business overall
