Program Manager for MCFTB. Our primary goals are to provide resources, training, connections, and information to our Marines and their family members. The USMC trains our Marines to improvise, adapt and overcome any obstacle in whatever situation they are needed. I like to think of MCFTB in the same way just without the guns and face-paint. We provide the tools for our Marines and their families need to tackle the messier side of military life; relationships, co-workers, interpersonal communication, empathy, self-care, and connections. Which oftentimes feels like a war zone!
