I started my journey as an apprentice in compliance, gaining a strong foundation in regulatory processes involved with assisting EU based healthcare staff into the UK.Due to the pandemic, I was required to transition into our Perm/International Nursing Division. I was primarily focused on improving my understanding of the Permanent and International Markets as well as building a foundation of Skills such as Resourcing and Account Management, which has been essential to effectively meet the needs of our Clients.I eventually transitioned into our Locum Division, where I navigated immensely busy periods working with private clients to supply COVID testing staff. This experience allowed me to adapt quickly to the demands of the healthcare landscape. As normality resumed, I expanded my focus to include clients within the NHS and external organisations, providing temporary healthcare staff to meet their urgent needs.
