I have been in the wellness field for 19 years. I started off as a certified personal trainer and then became a chiropractor. After years of working with people in a preventative field, my goals are to first get a patient out of pain utilizing chiropractic adjustments and stretching techniques, then strengthen and stabilize all areas of the body that are weak to reduce if not alleviate problems utilizing therapeutic exercise.
