Reporting to the CEO, I was responsible for all marketing, graphic design, web design, e-commerce and social media as the department manager, including digital media, print media and written content. I created and delivered visual and learning tools for both internal and external presentations. I designed and oversaw the upgrade of Phenix Jewellery’s e-commerce website, including initial implementation, inventory and sales order management. I worked with a third-party team and internal members to oversee the brand refresh of Phenix Jewellery Additionally, I assisted with day-to-day work, including enquiries, insurance claim management and administration/reception duties.

Completed a variety of freelance work for a variety of clients, including the String Instrument method book series, Tricky Fingers by Timo Jarvela for Laker Music. Throughout these jobs, I have created clip art, stationery and animated logos, digital art, portfolio designs and greeting cards. Working in a variety of stores across Brisbane but currently situated in North Brisbane, I am responsible for general management of the store, such as opening and closing, as well as customer service and sales. As second-in-command, I am also responsible for admin tasks in the store and acting as the manager when the manager is not available. Throughout my time here, I have been acknowledged and awarded for my customer service and have been a part of the top EB teams in Australia.

As part of a school-based traineeship, I was required to create posters, business cards, books, pamphlets and maintain the school website, as well as assist with the learning of Adobe Photoshop and inDesign. The end of the traineeship resulted in a Certificate IV in Multimedia.
